Welcome to my #36DaysOfType project, Love Letters for the Subway. I’ve drawn an animated drop cap for every subway line in NYC, starting with the A Train, which runs through Harlem out to JFK airport in Queens. I’ve pulled in the sights around the 125th Street Station in Harlem: the brownstones on the side streets and added #sayHerName on the legendary Apollo Theater’s exterior.
